Gantri 2019
When you need press quality renderings yesterday and don’t even have a complete 3D model, I got you covered on both counts. I took a half complete prototype and consulted with engineers on what they thought would make sense in regards to construction. Within a day I was setting up scenes and adjusting materials in Keyshot to have press images ready by the next day.

I’ve been incredibly inspired by some of the retro inspired modernism that’s been being put out recently but nothing has had an impact on me like the Husqvarna 401 and 701. Such simplicity and restraint that makes the design so eye catching in a sea of overly anxious body work. The hammerhead detail inspired me to design this speaker with simple surface details .

Matthew Chambers makes some beautifully grounded and bold ceramics. I love the texture, simplicity, and color of his work, and it his form language really drove me to think about lamps. The concentric spheres could easily be a functional iris or aperture for a light source.

Cars that I have shot that belong to a greater class of automobile, known as the OIL UNION. This class transcends time period and trend because of the character that they develope through the years. There is an absence of purity in the majority of todays car market and it is important to appreciate the great pieces of design from older generations. These cars survived or have been resurrected to appear just as they were when they left the factory.

The Ellipse Shelving System is designed to change the retail experience completely by giving the freedom and ability to choose the way a store is designed. There are many shapes that can be achieved with this system that make going to the store very exciting.
